As a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team responsible for the global strategy and execution of highly visible paid media campaigns across display, video, and social media platforms. You will partner and collaborate with internal business units to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns, continuous testing, optimization, and sharing of insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and lead global paid digital campaigns and strategies across various channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social, and display

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation managers to build and implement campaign assets on time and within budget

  • Implement and manage Global Paid Media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc), ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation

  • Improve efficiency and drive profitable growth through paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting, analysis, and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure leads flow to the correct teams and individuals in a timely manner

  • Partner with our International team and external agencies to strategize, execute and report on localized regional campaigns

  • Identify new digital marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities to continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns

  • Lead special projects and perform other duties as assigned
