Job Summary

Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) is looking for an SEM / Digital Marketing Manager that plays an integral role in supporting the Retail business segment. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this subject matter expert will oversee day-to-day campaign management and analysis, including strategy development, bid strategy optimization, budgeting, audience personalization, and performance reporting. The SEM / Digital Marketing Manager will provide cross-functional support inside and outside of the Retail business segments to meet department goals of revenue growth. This position is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and a passion for continuous testing and optimization. Advanced project management, communication, and analytical skills are a must.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies to increase our agency’s online visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.

  • Use web analytics and bid management tools to analyze performance and influence decisions.

  • Monitor search query reporting for ongoing campaign optimization and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various search engines, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to implement best practices and drive innovation.

  • Manage the agency’s online reputation through search engine results and online review platforms, ensuring a positive and professional image.

As the person in this position, your primary responsibility will be to manage the company's pay-per-click media programs, which encompass paid search and shopping. These programs are a crucial aspect of our targeted marketing approach, and you will have complete ownership over them. Your key objective will be to develop and execute effective strategies that drive more traffic, conversions, and revenue, both online and in-store.
